Sovowin may request additional identity verification (KYC) at any time. Large withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.

• Password Security: Never share your password with anyone.

By placing a bet on Sovowin, you agree to the terms of the betting market. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled; however, you may use the cash out option to partially or fully settle your bet.

• Minimum Bet: Bets can be placed from ৳10.

• Cancelled Events: If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Rescheduled Event: If an event is rescheduled, Sovowin's decision is final.
• Live Betting: Sovowin is not liable for any bets voided due to connection loss during live betting.
• Erroneous Odds: If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Sovowin reserves the right to void the affected bet.

For accumulator or multi-selection bets, all selections must be correct to win. If any single selection is wrong, the entire bet is lost.

Sovowin currently supports all major mobile banking and bank transfer methods available in Bangladesh. All financial transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

• Bonus Withdrawal: To withdraw bonus funds, you must first meet the specified wagering requirements.
